MOFF Co., Ltd. (Head office: Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture; Representative Director: Yaguchi Sohei; hereinafter referred to as MOFF) has agreed and signed a contract to acquire the aquarium business, food and beverage business, retail business, and other ancillary businesses from i Leisure Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Hasegawa Toshiki), which operates Kawa-Sui Kawasaki Aquarium (Location: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; hereinafter referred to as Kawa-Sui), effective Monday, January 1, 2024.
