We have a comprehensive training and follow-up system in place so that even mid-career hires can start with peace of mind. When joining the company, basic training is provided on the company's philosophy, store management, customer service, and animal handling.
After being assigned to a position, on-the-job training (OJT) is provided by on-site leaders and store managers, who support employees in learning in accordance with the training curriculum.
