About the work I am currently doing

As an area manager in charge of seven stores, I support store managers and staff to ensure they can perform to their full potential.
If I had to sum up my job in one word, it would be "producing for the store manager." Different people have different strengths and worries. My role is to correctly recognize each person's strengths and weaknesses and create an environment in which the store can produce results.

What is rewarding and interesting about your job?

Until recently, I felt fulfilled by "delivering excitement to customers through animals." Now, my greatest joy is "helping people grow."
I get to witness the moment when my subordinates overcome a challenge on their own or change their way of thinking. At those moments, I truly feel glad that I am doing this.
And to support their growth, I continue to learn myself. I believe that the job of nurturing others is ultimately the job of nurturing yourself.
Even if we are in different positions or ages, I have colleagues who can seriously think about and talk with me about animals, customers, and the company. Those are the moments that make me glad I continued this job.

What kind of person do you think is suitable for this job?

Of course, he loves animals, but he's also interested in people.
Because this job involves raising animals as a team and interacting with customers, I think people who enjoy interacting with people are suited to this job.

People who can properly interact with others will naturally be able to treat animals with sincerity.

The animal industry is by no means easy, but there aren't many companies that are truly committed to the happiness of both animals and people.
