SDGs Declaration
Our company aims to solve various local issues by working towards our corporate philosophy of "creating a society where animals and humans can live happily and with smiles on their faces."
We declare that we will implement the following initiatives to achieve the SDGs through our business.
Improving the working environment
- Ensure employee safety when in contact with animals
- Promote the implementation of mental health training and the establishment of health consultation services.
- We will work more proactively to promote women to managerial positions.
Environmental Conservation Initiatives
- Promote the use of certified products when using natural resources
- Promote the establishment of a department in charge of biodiversity
- Identify the amount of greenhouse gas emissions your company emits and work to reduce them
Establishment of organizational structure
- Establish a system for risk management, including measures for risk management policies and the establishment of a management department.
- Create channels and opportunities for direct dialogue with stakeholders and reflect this in management
